Absentee Bid Form

To place and absentee bid you authorize the auctioneer to bid on your behalf up to the limit of your bid.  He will purchase at the lowest possible price below your maximum bid.  You must provide your name, address, and telephone number along with lot numbers, descriptions and maximum bids.  All bids accepted are subject to the Terms of Sale of Martin Auction Company.  All items sold as is.  All sales are final.  You may call the afternoon after the auction to learn if you were the successful bidder and to arrange for prompt payment, pick up or shipment.  All bids must be received at least 24 hours prior to the start of the sale.

All Phone Bids & Absentee Bids must be set up at least 24 hours before the start of the sale.  Place an Absentee Bid via our absentee bid form, or call us to place your absentee bid or to set up a phone bid 618-833-3589.
